Apostille is to verify the authenticity of Korean public documents and issue them in accordance with the ‘Agreement to Abolish the Requirement for Foreign Official Documents’ by the Overseas Koreans Agency and the Ministry of Justice. Apostille-received public documents are recognized as valid even without confirmation from a foreign diplomatic from a foreign diplomatic Mission in korea when submitted to a country that is a signatory to The Apostille Convention.
To apply for a certificate, a login and authentication process (joint, financial or simple) is required. * Sign up and register your joint certificate to apply.
